Tyler graduated summa cum laude with highest honors from Patrick Henry College with a B.A. in Government and earned his J.D. with highest honors from the University of Montana Law School in 2016. During law school, he was an editor for the Montana Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Team, and worked as a teaching assistant. After law school, Tyler clerked for Justice Jim Rice of the Montana Supreme Court and Judge N. Randy Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Having previously interned with Boone Karlberg P.C., Tyler returned to the firm as an associate in 2018. Before pursuing law, Tyler served in the United States Marine Corps Infantry and worked in information technology. Outside of work, Tyler spends his free time with his wife, Tia, and their six children.
