Cloe A. Kilwein

Cloe completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, and went on to obtain her law degree at the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2017. After making several trips out west throughout her lifetime, Cloe decided to take a risk and left North Dakota in January 2025 to make Missoula her new home. Prior to joining Boone Karlberg, Cloe worked at a law firm in Fargo, North Dakota for seven years as a civil litigator practicing insurance defense and gained experience representing clients at depositions, mediations, and at trial. Cloe also represented the State of North Dakota as a Special Assistant Attorney General for Workforce Safety and Insurance and handled around 50 hearings in front of administrative law judges.
