Elliott was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Elliott moved to Montana to attend Carroll College, where he played four years of football and earned his B.A. in Sociology and Political Science. After college, Elliott attended the University of Montana School of Law, graduating with honors in 2020. During law school, Elliott worked as an intern at Boone Karlberg, completed a clinical externship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and was a member of the Montana Law Review and National Moot Court team. Following law school, Elliott served as a law clerk to the Hon. Benjamin P. Hursh, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana.
Elliott’s practice focuses on commercial transactions and civil litigation, real estate, creditor bankruptcy, banking, and construction matters.
During his free time, Elliott enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and skiing with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
