Tracey is from Montana, born and raised in Butte. After graduating from Montana State University in Bozeman, Tracey moved to Missoula to attend law school at the University of Montana. While in law school, she married her husband Will and they have two children, Liam and Amelia. Tracey joined Boone Karlberg as a litigation associate in 2011. Tracey has successfully represented her clients at the summary judgment level, at trial and on appeal at the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, while serving her community as a member of CASA of Missoula, Missoula Kiwanis Club, and Habitat for Humanity of Missoula. She is also a member of Church at the Gates.
