Julie Sirrs has joined Boone Karlberg P.C. as an associate attorney.  She received a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, worked as an intelligence officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency, then received her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in December 2007.  Julie received an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington in 2008.
