NATASHA PRINZING JONES was born in Bozeman, Montana, but
grew up in Helena and then Great Falls, Montana. In 1994, Natasha moved
to Missoula, Montana. She graduated with honors in Political
Science from the University of Montana in 1997. In 2000, she
obtained her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of
Montana School of Law. While in law school, Natasha was a member
of the National Trial Lawyers Association Trial Team, which
placed first at the Regional competition in Las Vegas, Nevada,
and competed at Nationals in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a
recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student
Award.
Following law school, Natasha joined Boone, Karlberg & Haddon,
P.C. In 2001, she served as law clerk for United States District
Judge Sam E. Haddon, returning to Boone Karlberg in 2002.
Natasha was named as the Montana Associate to watch in the 2007
edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business
published by Chambers & Partners. There, it was noted that she
"stands out among the bright and talented tier of younger
lawyers at the firm." Natasha became a shareholder in 2008.
In
addition to the state district courts, Natasha is admitted to
practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
and the U.S. District Court, District of Montana. Natasha’s
primary area of practice is civil litigation, including FELA law
and insurance defense.
Natasha is married to Ryan Jones, a commercial lender at First
Interstate Bank. Together they enjoy family time with their sons,
Preston and Adam, outdoor activities and Montana Grizzly football.
